Loved it. It was tough but worth it.

I got through it but probably should have started with the 3 day. I felt great afterwards and have made some changes to my diet. The three day is next maybe about two weeks after January.

arrived within specified time, very well packaged- dry ice included juices were frozen.... i really like the colors of juices- reminds me of fall my two favs: ju-ju-on-the beat and nothing left out bottom line: you will enjoy judy makes juices period.... oh! better yet red-bull, gatorade or coffee etc is no when it comes to judy makes juices ***drink healthy, lose the sugar, increase energy and poop poop poop ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ � ⭐️
