orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (except holidays) only to ensure the freshness of our cold-pressed juices are not in transit over the weekend. once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information when it becomes available. we ship with UPS. we understand the eagerness to receive your juices therefore, in most cases orders are delivered within 1 business day with a 1-2 day turn around once your order is placed. all orders are made to order.  please email us at

due to the perishable nature and limited shelf life, we do not offer refunds. all sales are final. 

orders can be canceled any time before shipment. packages are shipped as priority overnight with no signature required with UPS. products are shipped in packaging that maintain sufficient temperature for 48 hours depending on weather conditions.

no refund will be given for packages that are disposed of, stolen, or spoiled due to lack of timely refrigeration. this is out of our control and packages are not insured.    

no refund will be issued if you are unsatisfied with the results from your cleanse. JudyMakesJuices is not a medical professional, we cannot make any medical or health claims of any kind with the products listed on our site. consult a health professional before starting any diet, exercise and/or supplement.

if you receive your order damaged or incorrect , please email us within 24 hours of opening your package at info@judymakesjuices.com and we will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
